About our services

Do you sell tires?

No. Mobile Tire Ottawa is a service business. We install, repair, balance, align, store and dispose of tires, but we do not sell tires as a retailer. Bring your own tires or ask us about sourcing options.

What services do you offer?

Tire installation and fitting, tire replacement service, flat tire and puncture repair, mobile and emergency tire service, wheel alignment, tire rotation and balancing, winter tire changeovers, commercial and fleet tire service, TPMS sensor service, tire storage, and tire disposal and recycling. See our Services page for details on each.

Do you offer mobile tire service?

Yes, in all 15 Ottawa areas we serve. Temporary flat fixes, spare swaps and seasonal swaps on rims can come to you. Plug-patch repairs, mounting bare tires, alignment and TPMS work are done in our bay.

How much will my service cost?

Our prices: installation $20-$40 per tire, flat repair $25-$50 in our bay, alignment $90-$200, seasonal swap on rims $40-$80 per set, TPMS sensors $80-$170 each. Use our cost calculator for an instant estimate; your firm price is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

Which areas do you serve?

We cover Ottawa broadly, with dedicated pages for Kanata, Orleans, Barrhaven, Nepean, Gloucester, Stittsville, Vanier, Riverside South, Manotick, Blackburn Hamlet, Bells Corners, Alta Vista, Westboro, Greely and Richmond. Contact us to confirm coverage anywhere else.

Do I need winter tires in Ontario?

Ontario does not legally require winter tires the way Quebec does, but since 2016 insurers are required to offer a winter-tire discount on private passenger policies, typically 2-5%. Given Ottawa averages snow on 83+ days a year, most drivers here run winter tires from late fall through early spring.

Do you guarantee your work?

Any workmanship terms are set out in your written quote for that specific job. We do not make blanket guarantees, because the right terms depend on the vehicle and the work performed.

Do you recycle old tires after a replacement?

Yes. We recycle them through Ontario's tire recycling program, not landfill. Our eco fee of $2 to $5 per passenger tire covers this and is shown on your quote.
